Carrie L. Frazier, D.M., CCSC, L.C.S.W., M.S.W has a Master’s degree in Social Work and is a licensed Psychotherapist, Mental Health Consultant, Community Service Chaplain, author, and public speaker. She has over 50 years’ experience in public service, teaching life skills classes in schools and providing parenting and mental health education in hospitals, civic organizations, churches, businesses and corporations throughout Contra Costa County and the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Dr. Frazier has created social support programs to help underserved communities in the cities of Concord, Richmond, Antioch, and Pittsburg to improve the lives of families. From 2009 to the present she serves as a Case Management Facilitator for Uplift Family Services in the Family Preservation Program located in Concord, CA.
In April of 2013 Ms. Frazier received her doctorate degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Management; Organizational Management in Leadership, and served three years as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University. In 2009 Dr. Frazier founded Rua’h Community Outreach Ministries, Inc. in order to provide a comprehensive array of programs and cultural activities designed to strengthen African American families in the San Francisco East Bay Community. Dr. Frazier is available for counseling/coaching, supervision, training, program design; project management & evaluation, and public speaking engagements.
